These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the access to and use of the WinPKS platform, available at https://winpks.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "WinPKS", "we", "us" or "our"). WinPKS is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve users in the Pakistan market.
WinPKS provides information, guides and tools relating to online sports betting, casino games, live dealer products and responsible gambling practices. WinPKS is an informational platform and does not operate a gambling service, sportsbook or casino directly. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any individual who accesses any part of the Platform.

Your use of the WinPKS Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional policies or guidelines referenced herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
Where these Terms are amended, updated or replaced, WinPKS will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of such changes via the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you access the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. References to "you" shall include both you personally and the entity you represent where applicable.
To register an account and access the full range of WinPKS Services, users must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
WinPKS applies strict age verification controls. Underage access to gambling-related content is prohibited. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under the required age, the account will be suspended pending full KYC verification. Any balances held in an underage account may be withheld.
To register an account on WinPKS, you are required to provide certain personal details, including your full name, valid email address, date of birth and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful and accurate.

WinPKS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any third party. Without limitation, you must not:
WinPKS is optimised for mobile devices, which is particularly relevant for Pakistani users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar accessing the platform via smartphone. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements and for any data charges incurred.
All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. WinPKS presents information on payment methods that are commonly familiar to Pakistani users, including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and any other payment provider are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that any such provider endorses, supports, is affiliated with, or has approved gambling activities. The availability of any payment method is subject to the Operator's current configuration and may change without notice.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as determined by the Operator from time to time. Users are responsible for understanding applicable transaction fees. All deposits must be made from payment instruments owned by and registered to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
WinPKS does not hold, process or have custody of user funds. All deposit processing is handled by the Operator and/or its authorised payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Operator's current withdrawal policy, which may be updated from time to time. The following general conditions apply:

All Content on the WinPKS Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of WinPKS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and view the Platform's Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of WinPKS, except where expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
The WinPKS name, logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of WinPKS or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of WinPKS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinPKS, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
WinPKS provides the Platform and its Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
WinPKS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
WinPKS accepts no liability whatsoever for gambling losses incurred by users as a result of using the Platform or any information, guide or recommendation provided thereon. All gambling decisions are made solely by the user at their own risk.
WinPKS reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending transactions will be processed in accordance with the Operator's standard procedures. Funds held in a closed account will be returned to the verified account holder through the original payment method where applicable.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary gaming licence.
WinPKS does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in relation to the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms with respect to online gambling activities, given the legal restrictions applicable under Pakistani law. However, nothing in this clause shall prevent WinPKS from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Operator's licensing authority.
